3. Service Agreements and Pricing
Pricing for recycling services is determined based on material type, volume, location, and market conditions. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Quotes provided are valid for a period specified in the quote, typically 30 days from the date of issuance.
For equipment and supplies, prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct any incorrect pricing.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers utilizing our services agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about materials to be recycled
- Ensure materials are properly sorted and prepared according to our guidelines
- Maintain safe access for our collection vehicles and personnel
- Notify us of any hazardous materials or special handling requirements
- Provide reasonable notice for scheduled pickups or service changes
5. Liability and Indemnification
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless U.S. United Waste Management from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their breach of these terms or the introduction of unauthorized materials into the recycling stream.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on this website are the property of U.S. United Waste Management or our licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
